- 30-day returns: if it's not for you, return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective or missing items: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to ship anything back.
- Order not received: if tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of your order date, we'll reship or refund in full.
- Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they ship.
